Josas supported Nero Giardini for the opening of a new store on one of Italy’s most famous and popular shopping streets: Via Sparano in Bari.
Our retail team supported the client in all stages of the brokerage, thanks to which we were able to meet all their requirements in terms of type of site and location: in fact, Via Sparano is the beating heart of Apulia’s capital, a pedestrian street almost a kilometre long which, thanks to its historical and architectural characteristics and the presence of international fashion and lifestyle brands, represents an important shopping hub for locals and the thousands of tourists that visit the city every year.
