Josas has been appointed as co-agent for the marketing of the portion of offices and shops of a new urban redevelopment project in the centre of Rome.
Urban redevelopment will be the driver of Josas, a real-estate brokerage and services company, in the post-Covid-19 era.
We are back in Rome, in a well-loved historic district, Trastevere.
The Porta dei Leoni project consists of the replacement of a building and an urban regeneration project, with the construction of a mixed-use building with offices, shops, residences and parking spaces, totalling around 12,500 m2 in all.
The operation, due to its central location between the Trastevere, Gianicolense, Monteverde and Testaccio districts, and the functional mix of permitted uses, represents one of the most interesting urban regeneration projects currently in progress in the Italian capital.
“More and more, we intend to commit ourselves as business partners for urban regeneration initiatives with the goal of transforming obsolete or abandoned spaces into new meeting and growth places for the future city of Rome,” says Fabrizio Astrologo, CEO of Josas.
